Active - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Board certified or eligible urologists in practice in the State of Massachusetts.

Affiliate - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Affiliate membership is open to currently licensed non-physician health care professionals who maintain their professional credentials to practice in Urology.

Trainees - Free Subscription period: Unlimited Trainee shall be residents in training in a recognized Urology Residency program within the State of Massachusetts.
