Dear Exhibitors,

The Massachusetts Association of Practicing Urologists (MAPU) would like to invite you to exhibit at our 2023 spring meeting, "Financial Outlook and Planning," to be held on May 23rd, 2023, at the Massachusetts Medical Society, 860 Winter St, Waltham, MA.

Six-foot exhibit tables are available for an exhibit fee of $2,000. Exhibitors receive meeting registrations for two representatives, acknowledgement on our website and in all meeting materials, and a list of attendees upon check-in at the meeting. Additionally, exhibitors are invited to join us at our reception and join us for dinner and the lecture.   Please note, Exhibit space will sell out.

If you plan to exhibit, please complete the Exhibit Agreement 2023.doc and return it with your exhibit fee.  Our federal Tax ID # is 90-001-5633. Checks should be made payable to “MA Association of Practicing Urologists” and sent to PO Box 549154, Waltham, MA 02454-9154, attention Lina Szymkowski. Alternatively, you can pay your exhibit fee online using the form below.
